Odds of winning are 1 in 72 you will win one of 50 prizes. Two $1000 early bird winners were drawn on the 11th of January, February & March. Deadlines for the early birds are Dec 19 for the January 11th drawing, January 19th for the February 11th drawing, and February 19th for the March 11th drawing. Don't miss out!

  1. Each ticket will cost $125.00.
  2. Purchasers of raffle tickets must be 18 years of age or older and must qualify under applicable law.
  3. Only 3,600 tickets will be sold. Entries received after the 3,600th ticket is sold will be returned to the sender.
  4. Upon receipt of your order, your numbered ticket will be mailed to you in approximately three weeks.
  5. Entry forms, along with your numbered ticket stub, will be sealed in a plain envelope and placed in the raffle drum container.
  6. Weekly accounting reports, detailing receipts and ticket numbers will be certified by Mellott & Mellott, P.L.L.
  7. The drawing will be held at Ursuline Academy, 5535 Pfeiffer Road on April 18, 2008.
  8. You need not be present to win.
  9. Winners will be drawn in the following order - first prize, second, third, etc. After all 50 envelopes have been drawn and placed on a board, a representative will open each and announce the winner's name beginning with No. 50 and working backwards to No. 1.
  10. Winners will be notified by phone or mail by April 30, 2008.
  11. Void where prohibited by law.
  12. Winners of the First Prize will have until 5:00 p.m. on May 7, 2008 to decide whether he/she chooses the cash or the prize offered.
  13. Winners will assume and be responsible for all licensing, registration and all other fees and local, state and federal taxes, including, without limitation, all applicable sales, use, luxury, income, special taxes and insurance. Applicable taxes will be withheld or must be delivered to Ursuline Academy prior to the date set forth in Paragraph 12 above. If the winner of the First, Second or Third Prizes fails to deliver the required taxes for withholding prior to the date set forth in Paragraph 12, such winner will be deemed to have elected to receive the cash prize and the prize, less applicable tax withholding, will be delivered to that winner.
  14. Persons may share a ticket and more than one name may appear on the ticket. The numbered ticket will be sent to the first person listed on the entry.
  15. We reserve the right to cancel this raffle, at any time, and return all proceeds from ticket sales to the rightful purchasers.
  16. We must sell 2,500 tickets for the raffle to proceed with 50 prize winners. If less than 2,500 tickets are sold, only the First Prize of a house voucher or $150,000 cash will be awarded and no other prizes will be awarded.
  17. If, at least, 2,500 tickets are sold, the following prizes will be awarded:
    First Prize: A $200,000 voucher good towards any Drees Home in the Greater Cincinnati Area or $150,000 cash.
    Second Prize: $10,000 cash.
    Third Prize: A Sony 50" Grand WEGA HDTV
    Fourth Prize: $1,500cash
    Fifth through Ninth Prize: $1,000 cash each
    Tenth through Fourteenth Prize: a digital camcorder each
    Fifteenth through Thirtieth Prize: $200 cash each
    Thirty-First through Fiftieth Prize: $100 cash each
  18. All decisions relating to the conduct of the raffle will be made by the Annual House Raffle Committee, whose judgment on all matters will be final.
  19. Proceeds will benefit Ursuline Academy of Cincinnati.
